[The Amaranth Case]
Shortly after finishing work in his home office at around 12:15pm, Mr. Henri L. – a 30-year-old biologist -headed out to his front yard to tend to his small garden at the front of his house. About 12:35pm, he noticed at a distance a flying object in the sky coming from the South-East.
